Brief description of the venue: Located on 45 acres, Gramercy Mansion is an 11 guest bed and breakfast and event space in Stevenson, MD. With several ceremony sites and expansive gardens, it is the perfect place to host your event and feel transported to your own slice of private paradise. You can’t ask for much more with amenities like whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, tennis court, and pool! Our outdoor lawn and rolling gardens are a magical site for any type of event or getaway.
What makes you unique: Our rich history and family owned and operated business sets us aside from competitors. The same individuals who give you a tour are the ones working your event and serving you breakfast. We offer quality service and pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. The gardens and property speak for itself with endless pathways to explore. You’ll find secret gardens and fountains throughout the property.
Gramercy Maximum capacity: 150-200 (with a tent)

First look or Traditional: We love to see all the different traditions that couples decide to participate in on their big day! While we like the traditional route, we LOVE a first look in one of our beautiful gardens caught during golden hour followed by a mini couples photoshoot.
From a Planners Perspective: Top Shelf Wedding Planners loves working at the Gramercy. The staff is helpful and very friendly. They are flexible on setting up and decor, but not much is needed. And, we just LOVE all the caterers on the list, they offer a variety of different cuisine and pricing.
